KML-Group joins Aalberts N.V.
We are happy to announce that we have reached an agreement with industrial technology company Aalberts N.V. from Utrecht, the Netherlands (in the following: „Aalberts“) to acquire 100% of the shares in KML Linear Motion Technology GmbH and its subsidiary KML Precision Machining GmbH (together in the following: „KML Group“). This new partnership is set up to drive the long-term growth of KML Group. Aalberts and KML Group will be able to offer combined mechatronics solutions to existing key accounts and new customers in different regions. Technology will be exchanged between the companies to drive innovations and further capacity expansions will be facilitated. The closing of the transaction is still subject to a limited number of formal conditions.
Mr. Andreas Wiedrich, who co-founded KML in 1994, and his experienced management team will continue to manage and grow both companies under Aalberts’ ownership.
