Our standard axes with rack and pinion drive are ready-to-install linear systems with linear rail guides constructed according to the modular system. Due to the rack and pinion design, high feed forces are readily realised, while high repeatability and positioning accuracies are achieved. Dynamic motions can be implemented independently of the stroke, thanks to the rack and pinion design. The rotating components are encapsulated, which prevents contamination of the system. The connection of different servo motors and any additional equipment – such as limit switches, covers or similar – can be individually coordinated with us and subsequently implemented in a standardised manner.
